Day80: The Real Serving Size

So THAT’s what a serving is….

Have you seen this teeny tiny 3.6oz single-serving cups of Ben & Jerry’s in the stores?  The premium brands (Haagen Daz and others have them too) — are creating tiny portion-controlled products.  Which I guess is helpful for consumers and makes them money (since the price per ounce is crazy). But the thing that’s jarring for me is how freaking SMALL that container is.  I don’t think I’ve ever ONLY eaten an “official” serving of ice cream in my life.
